How do I ... ?
First of all, if you know the
game company for the games you want, you can click on the game
company image on the left hand side of the UGG On-Line Store
and find out what games are available. If you don't know the
name of the company, you can do a search by clicking on the word
"search" at the top of any page in the store.
What forms of payment ... ?
UGG accepts Mastercard, Visa,
Cheque, Money Order (in €)
How do I check out ?
When you go to check out you
will see a form similar to this:

You can do one of three things:
1. You can create an account. This will enable you to fill
in all of your information (name, address, phone etc) one time,
and then every time you come back to shop, you will not have
to fill in the information again. You will need to choose
a "user name" and a password. If you ever forget
your password, you can click on the "please e-mail me my
password" line and your password will be e-mailed to you.
2. You can log-in to an account you already created. you
will need your user name and password.
3. You can "place an order without creating an account."
If you do this, you will need to fill in the information each
time you place an order, until you create an account.
