Empires of Apocalypse Part III

Scenario Information

Scenarios:

Poland 1939

1st September 1939: Germany assaults Poland in a furious Blitzkrieg attack. Will Poland survive until her Western Allies can effectively interfere? Who can prepare better for the coming Clash of Titans, Germany or the USSR?

The Balkan Campaign, April 1941

Italy’s attack on Greece in Nov. 1940 was a failure. British forces interfered. Yugoslavia finally joined sides with the Allies. The Balkan threat leaves Germany no choice but to interfere and help the Italians. This is most disturbing because the German forces are committed to take the Soviet Union by surprise with an attack in May 1941. Will the Germans delay their attack on the Soviets until June 1941? Or will you, as the German leader, be able to both make war in the Balkans and attack the Soviets at the same time?

Barbarossa, June 1941

22nd June 1941. More than three million Germans and associate troops cross the Soviet border. Will they achieve a decisive victory over the giant Red Army before the Russian Winter strikes?

Kursk, Summer 1943

Will the Germans execute an offensive as a last effort to cut off the Soviet front at Kursk? Will the greatest tank battle of all times take place between these two titanic armies? Or will the Germans retreat and let the Soviets attack – only to wait for an opportunity to counterattack?
